HANDIFLY RACE
Become a professional flyer and fly with friends, compete for medals with your team or simply experience the most beautiful hobby in the world.
The HandiFly RACE has been held internationally since 2022 in 2024 for the first time as an official discipline of the German Indoor Skydiving Championships at the Hurricane Factory Berlin.
Athletes with disabilities compete against each other in the HandiFly RACE. The aim of this discipline is to fly a course in the wind tunnel as quickly as possible. A coefficient to compensate for the various degrees of disability is determined in advance based on the degree of impairment, which together with the performance shown leads to a comparable total score.
