Hereby, as an applicant for membership in the Hurricane Flyers Club, with registered office at Tupolevova 736, Prague 9, 199 00, IČO: 027 93 300 (hereinafter referred to as the "club"), freely and voluntarily:
- I am applying for admission to the Hurricane Flyers Club,
- in case of interest in becoming a member of the Aeroclub of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as AeCR), I agree to the registration of my person as a member of AeCR,
- I agree to the registration of my person in the Sports Register of the National Sports Agency
- I declare that I have familiarized myself with the applicable association statutes and will follow them.
I agree with gathering and collecting of personal data contained in this application form, namely by the administrator of Skydive Arena Praha, only for the purpose of internal statistics and as a document (proof) for the possibility of a dispute or damage suffered, while such data will be processed and kept in a paper form in the archive of the administrator as well as in a digital form on the internal data carriers of the administrator. The personal data will be gathered only to extent necessary to fulfill the designated purpose and processed only for a necessary period of time in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Protection of Personal Data.
